How long is your delivery time?
General lead time is 15-30 days. In case of urgent need, we can give them the highest priority.
Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, all approval samples are free of charge.
What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
Any idea and sample is accepted. Our R&D department is capable of converting them to approval drawings and then making approval samples and mass products.
What is your payment term?
We accept T/T, L/C, D/P and other standard payment methods.
Can you accept customized orders and add our logo?
Yes, we have been making thousands of different kinds of customized products. We can also add customers' logos on their products as part of our service.
